The Entitled Review

September 16th, 2011 Jan 3 comments

What a GREAT movie!

This was definitely not your typical thriller. Laura did great in the movie even though she wasn’t a ‘tough’ character we all know and love like Kara or Lisa. Nope. She was different in this role and she did it brilliantly!

If you want a nice girl, there’s plenty to choose from out there.

After Hailey had taken a round of Coke and offered a round for her childhood friend and then blows it off her hands! LOL.

Also, OMG, how many times was the word “fuck” in the movie? It’s like a drinking game! I only had one drink so I didn’t play that drinking game but maybe for a future rewatch ;)

One thing had me totally surprised, not sure if others had picked up on it, around the end of the movie. There is a visitor at the door (twist#1) and everyone is in the room while that guy lights up a cigarette by striking up a match.

I swear that I thought Hailey recognized the sound of that match! So I was like she knows it’s him! But as it turns out in the special features, they couldn’t see a thing nor hear a thing! (Okay, you’d expect they couldn’t see a thing but hear a thing as well? Maybe if you concentrate really hard like Kara’s superhearing…)

As for the alternate ending… there’s only one added short scene so it’s not really much of an alternate ending to me. I was expecting something of only one survivor out of the kidnapped teens (Hailey) but no dice.

I would absolutely recommend the movie to everyone!

In Other “The Entitled” News…

WOOOHOOO!!!!

*pops bubbly* (and that’s before I’ve seen it!)

The Entitled is #4 on IMDB!!!

Here is what other sites have been saying about The Entitled.

The Screenhead Ten Scale gives The Entitled a full ten out of ten, and wholeheartedly recommends it. This is some fantastically screwed-up crime drama that may start out a bit sludgy in the motivation department, but at the end will leave you breathless and cheering due to the sheer intricacy of the plot.

YesWeekly:

William Morrissey’s script offers a good share of twists and turns, put across with swift assurance in Aaron Woodley’s tight direction and with a big assist from a first-rate ensemble cast. A sure bet for suspense fans, The Entitled is a keeper.

V 2×10 “Mother’s Day” Review

March 21st, 2011 Jan No comments

And what an episode it was!!

*drumroll*

DOUBLE-DOSE OF LAURA / LISA!!! WOOHOO!!

This season finale episode kicks off just like season 2 began, with a dream that Erica Evans has.

In it she wakes up in her bed and finds Anna in her bedroom. The evil High Commander pulls a gun and pulls the trigger…. and Erica Evans wakes up in her bed with Hobbes! (Yup, apparently they did the naughty again!)

The Fifth Column devise a plan by kidnapping Lisa and demanding Anna to come down there to save her daughter.

Anna immediately abandons the ship and goes down to save her daughter, which makes it possible for Joshua and Ryan to free Diana from her imprisonment.

The plan is for Lisa to destroy her mother once and for all, for they have left a Visitor gun in her possession in one of the drawers in the warehouse, but as she is freed by her mother and ready to pull the trigger, Anna displays affection with the use of human emotion by saying that she loves Lisa.

It is what makes Lisa hesitate and quickly hides the gun again. Now there were mirrors in the warehouse so my guess is that Anna has seen the gun…

They exit the warehouse together.

Erica is shocked that Lisa couldn’t do it.

Meanwhile on the Mothership, Diana comes out of hiding and reveals herself to all Visitors present… (Leoni probably as well had he been on the show) until Lisa and Anna return.

Anna strikes her mother by thrusting her tail into her back and holds her up in the air as she tells the people that her mother was tainted by human emotion, how wrong it would be to embrace that emotion within a Visitor.

She makes them bow for her and then turns to Lisa. “Now THAT is how you kill your Mother!”

Anna commands the guards to take her daughter away.

Meanwhile, Ryan tries to find his daughter, which he succeeds in, but when Amy hears that he is there to take her away, she kills him à la Anna killing her mother, by her tail and choking the life out of her father!

Anna, Joshua and Marcus are standing around the Visitor egg and wait for it to hatch. Out finally comes the real body of a Visitor sans human skin. Anna is very pleased to see this, and asks Joshua to apply human skin on her, make her look just like Lisa. She still wants Lisa to mate with Tyler.

It is time to bliss every human there is possible, but during the process Anna starts to get another eyebleed, that is, until her ‘daughter’ Amy steps in and together they bliss the whole populace.

Erica meanwhile is caught by Lars Tremont, who takes her underground to what they call Project Aries, where she meets her boss Paul and her partner. She frantically tries to get Tyler on the phone on the Mothership. She succeeds and tells him all about the bad things that they done.

He replies that he wants answers from Lisa first, then he will go off the ship…

But as he enters her room, she is laying there on the sheets waiting for him in a purple silk robe… (now who wouldn’t want THAT to be the thing they see when they enter their girlfriend’s room? LOL)

Then there’s the well-known quote “I missed you” before she shreds the robe off her shoulders… while the real Lisa in her cell is forced to watch her boyfriend mate with this imposter. (in a fanfic I had Leoni, her childhood friend do the naughty with the imposter too, but Anna altered the window so no matter how frantically the real Lisa would wave her hand to close the window, it would stay open)

Resulting in Lisa 2.0/Anti-Lisa/Alt!Lisa, however you want to call her, showing her sharp teeth and eating Tyler!!!

The members of Project Aries discover that Anna is using her bliss on humans, which causes Erica to run to the surface and to her horror she sees ‘Father’ Jack Landry there, staring up at the Mothership. She tells him to snap out of it, but her words don’t reach him.

Fade to black… or to be more precise, fade to the promise of lots more motherships reaching Earth, closer than they were at the end of Season 1…

-

Now if this show isn’t renewed for a new season… I don’t know what I’ll do. Suffice to say no more V reviews. I had a blast writing them! Sometimes they were up a day right after the episode and sometimes they were up a lot later, like this one. Thank you all for enjoying the ride :) *big hugs to everyone*

V 2×9 “Devil In A Blue Dress” Review

March 11th, 2011 Jan 1 comment

Another great episode!

Can you believe that next week it is already the season finale?

I know, I can’t believe it either.

Let’s jump right into the pool that is “Devil In A Blue Dress”

When I saw the promo pictures I was like it’s more like Devil In A Blue Cap

Marcus is back on his feet after getting shot in the episode “Concordia” … and meets his true Queen Diana! WOOHOO!!! Of course he thought that she had died, as has everyone else on the show.

Marcus also shared some more scenes with Joshua, who *drumroll* remembers his memories of being Fifth Column! (and doing the naughty with Lisa! Ohhh wait, no, that didn’t happen.) I have a lot of friends who are Joshua/Lisa shippers, so it was nice to make them happy with it. Of course he confides that to Lisa and not to anyone else… (maybe Leoni should he be on the show.) The look on Joshua’s face as he remembers! So cute!

Anna has activated the first of many (538 all over the world to be precise!) core reactors for the Concordia landing sites.

The Fifth Column plans to sabotage this launch and ask Lisa to steal some Blue Energy.

Erica and Hobbes are waiting in the car downtown for Lisa to arrive with the Blue Energy. During the wait they discuss the fact that they have slept together at Erica’s place.

Meanwhile Anna discovers that she can use Bliss on humans, albeit with a price. Instead of the usual nosebleed, she gets an eyebleed.

Earlier in the episode we see Anna pull the switch for the core reactor, while she sees Tyler share a reunion with his mother. Erica brought his dad’s bomberjacket and asks him to put it on which he does and then they hug. Anna’s not pleased.

Then she suddenly has the idea to Bliss Tyler…. and who else BUT LISA walks into the room while she’s blissing Tyler!!! (Cougar Anna!)

We’ve also seen the hybrid baby Amy again, who seems much more grown up now.

The Fifth Column finds out about the true purpose of Concordia. Hobbes uses a special telescope (probably V technology) and is shown hundreds of Visitor Motherships in the distance. Concordia is actually a landing site for all those spaceships for the Visitor’s Invasion!

Ryan has helped Fifth Column with diffusing the Blue Energy core reactor, but not without a fight. At first they don’t believe him because of his earlier betrayal. Only when he tells them that he was sent by Lisa do they believe him.

The Fifth Column gets back together at Hobbes HQ when two Visitors walk in: Lisa and Ryan.

Lisa shows them a comms device which has a direct link with Diana, her grandmother.

Now the road is free to plot for Anna to be dethroned. Will they succeed? Find out in the season finale “Mother’s Day” next week on V! (The trailer was posted earlier. And what a hoot/doozy it is!)

V 2×8 Uneasy Lies The Head Review

March 8th, 2011 Jan No comments

Sorry for the lateness of this review, but the last week didn’t have many good stuff in them. There were some ups but also downs which is why the review is here now.

Wowzers what an episode!!! What amazing things we had this week!!

-Not one but TWO ‘special’ ones of the 29 kids met their maker this episode. When I saw the scene of TylerVSRaphael in a sneak peek, there was only one thing that ran through my mind every single time I watched that video. Well, well, well, that was swell… goodbye Raphael.

That one has been a hit on Facebook, not so much on Twitter though, I think.

-Fifth Column launch an attack on the Visitors by injecting a new type of virus into the last batch of Live Aboards. At first Jack is against the idea, seeing it as them poisoning a human being with that virus.

-Ryan continues to want to see his daughter, and survives an attack by a soldier who was ordered by Anna to kill Ryan in the previous episode. He immediately goes after Lisa, who brings him to Diana. Diana tells them there is another trusted ally of hers on the ship… Anna’s right hand MARCUS!!

He too is brought to Diana and they share a touching reunion.

Meanwhile Ryan uses one of the escape pods to return to Earth undetected.

-Hobbes and Erica get closer!!! This sure made a lot of V Hobbes/Erica shipper writers happy! I’m not ‘shipping’ them, but I do love them together!

And last but certainly not least, Tyler getting injected by Anna.

“I would never hurt any human being.” she tells him. Well, he’s just SEEN Raphael die earlier, so I hope he knows that that is not true.

All in all, another AWESOME episode!

I cannot wait for “Devil In A Blue Dress” tonight.

And remember, let’s all join together! Let V stand for VICTORY RATINGS!

V 2×7 Birth Pangs Review

February 23rd, 2011 Jan 2 comments

Alright… V has certainly shaken things up… still ANOTHER AWESOME EPISODE!!

Let’s start with the most important thing shall we? *no it’s not the mother vs daughter fight*

Anna finds Tyler useless for her plans!

All because he has a low level of phosphorus! She discusses this with Joshua and decides to bring a new human boy to the Mothership (Raphael Mendoza) for Lisa to get close to AND inject Tyler with a higher dose of phosphorus to see if he can still be useful.

Lisa visits Diana who tells her that it has been one week since her last visit. She tells her grandmother about the new task she has for her. Lisa adds that she cares for Tyler.

The Fifth Column is off to Hong Kong to recruit more members for their cause of stopping Anna. Jack moves in with Hobbs who puts up a cross in his lair.

People who didn’t interact with others in earlier episodes now get to interact with one another. (Like Lisa with Chad Decker)

Erica and Hobbs are chasing after the woman who handled Erica’s pregnancy. Erica discovers she is a Visitor and threatens to skin her if she doesn’t tell them what she did to her son!

Meanwhile, it seems that Tyler isn’t the only one who had his DNA changed. 28 other kids have gone through the same treatment.

When Lisa hears of the new assignment her mother has for her, she realizes that she cannot stop her Mother’s wishes so she will have to obey, even if she doesn’t want to.

After giving the Fifth Column secret documents (which Joshua has seen her doing!), there’s a long awaited Joshua/Lisa scene. He has been tasked by Anna to lie to Lisa about his memories returning because Anna fears that Lisa is succumbing to her human emotion. Lisa assures him that he has never been touched by human emotion.

Lisa returns to her room, and finds Jan… I mean Raphael Mendoza there. At first she gives in to her mother’s assignment and starts kissing him, when she suddenly pulls back and tells him that she can’t do this… while of course mommy dearest is watching the scene.

Her feelings for Tyler are too real.

Her mother comes into the room when J.. Raphael has left and tells her that she has ignored a direct order. Lisa tells her that she is sick and tired of telling her what to do, to which Anna replies that she senses that her daughter wants to strike at her.

Anna slaps her daughter hard across the face and a slap coming from Lisa is returned micro-seconds later. The slap causes Anna to bleed! (Go Lisa!!!) Then Anna’s tongue slowly slithers out and licks at the bloodied spot.

Lisa apologizes to her mother that she didn’t mean to. Anna tells her that is her real skin preparing her to be Queen. She then grabs Lisa’s mouth and squeezes tightly. “But you are not Queen yet!”

*right that moment Leoni comes in… but that’s a scene of a fanfic and we’re not reviewing that, so end Anna/Lisa scene*

Lisa finally visits her grandmother and tells her that she cannot lose Tyler, that he is the one and only for her. They share a hug and then Lisa leaves… while Diana has a smirk on her face. What could she be planning? O_o

Till next time!

V 2×5 Concordia Review

February 11th, 2011 Jan 1 comment

Well, that sure was an interesting episode!!

The main points in this episode were of course the Visitor’s new project Concordia: a utopia on Earth where Visitor and human live and work together in perfect harmony, Tyler’s birthday and the gifts both Erica and Anna give him, and of course probably the most important one of all… Ryan’s betrayal of the Fifth Column… and then I forgot to mention Anna’s assassination plot.

I wonder if Visitor younglings have ever gotten presents for their birthday… it seems to me when Anna asks her daughter what she is doing that there are no such thing as birthdays among the Visitors. “It would seem pretty weird if his girlfriend didn’t give him a present.” Lisa says as she wraps up her gift.

**At least there’s still fiction where Anna gave Lisa a gift for her birthday, hehe what a story that was, right Laura?**

It was really nice to see Joe, Tyler’s dad, again. When he had graduated high school, he had mapped out a route to drive on his bike and take some time for himself to think about the future. That bike is his gift to his son, whereas Anna’s is to be the first human piloting a V Shuttle.

Of course Tyler absolutely LOVES that gift… (even kisses Anna’s cheek!) and totally digs Lisa’s gift as well.

Chad gets a new partner at the tv station, who is also his date for the gala where Anna will present Concordia.

Ryan is on the Mothership and witnesses Anna healing his baby girl with another session of her Bliss. She still wants information in exchange for healing his daughter’s pain.

He keeps his mouth shut about the plan to assassinate Anna, tells Erica to continue the plan so Lisa will be Queen and the world will be a much better place.

**I wonder what Lisa’s version of Bliss would be like?**

Only almost at the end of the episode does he get a change of heart… soul… conscience?

No more Anna would mean no more healing of his daughter’s pain… so he tips off the Visitors about the assassination attempt.

Which prompts Anna to not go up the stage… but her most loyal in command, Marcus.

Hobbes and Eli are acting as the snipers to execute Anna, but they are unsure if they will go through with it now that Marcus is on the stage instead.

To Erica’s horror Tyler joins the stage in Marcus’s speech of him being the first human to pilot a V Shuttle, so she joins them on the stage, which makes Marcus compliment the Evans family of having accepted the Visitors into their hearts.

When Hobbes does pull the trigger… and shoots Marcus!!!

Now I heard from a close friend how her daughter wasn’t happy about that, so here’s a shoutout.

Probably one of the youngest viewers… The MUNCH was not amused!

Marcus is in critical condition, so the Visitor who will teach Tyler all about piloting a V Shuttle takes his place alongside Anna as second in command.

But… Tyler doesn’t accept the invitation to train for piloting a V Shuttle and spends his birthday with his parents instead.

Meanwhile Erica’s partner at the FBI stumbles closer and closer to the truth about her.

Erica, Eli and Hobbes discuss who it could have been that tipped Anna off about the assassination attempt.

They realize it can only be Ryan. And now the hunt is on to capture the rogue Visitor!

That’s up next week PLUS… the first meeting between granddaughter and grandmother!

V 2×4 Unholy Alliance Review!

February 3rd, 2011 Jan No comments

Another AWESOME episode!!!!

We begin the episode with Erica running toward the Peace Ambassador Center, under some “Do Not Cross” tape toward 3 hanging bodies with masks on their faces. She’s extremely worried that Tyler is among one of them, so she pulls off each mask one by one, and is relieved that her son is not among them, but also filled with grief for the deaths of them.

Enter Tyler, who pushes through the crowd, embraces his mother who hides the horrific scene. When he finds out what happened, he is horrified to find three of his friends dead. (Wonder why there was never a scene with those Visitors if they were his friends? The only Visitor he has had scenes with has been Lisa.)

That fuels his anger toward the Fifth Column so much in a later scene at his place along with Lisa, who asks him if he wants to do something fun, take their minds off these events for awhile… (anyone think Shuttle Fun like in 1×8 We Cannot Win?)

“You’re right, we need to do something!” he says… and rounds up a few of his other Visitor buddies to vandalize the Church, even manhandles the elderly priest… while Lisa pleads with him to stop and not do this. Good choice of her running away before the vandalizing starts.

(I wonder what would have happened if Leoni would have been there, since they would be the threesome/love triangle. Maybe when Leoni and Lisa realize they can’t get through to Tyler, they sneak off to make out. Vandalize, you lose Ty! aka Snooze you lose, Ty! LOL.)

From some other reviews that I have seen, Tyler isn’t a favorite among many. There’s even one theory that he is the one who dies, based on a character who went down a similar path in the original series.

Anywhoo, back to the review!

Ryan spends some time with his child, while Anna still wants to find out who it was who kidnapped Agent Malik. Morena has this awesome quote and that isn’t the only one in this episode. “Your daughter’s so peaceful when she is in pain.” Anna threatens to remove her bliss from his child if he doesn’t come forward with what she wants to know.

Anna and Chad are off to the Vatican!!

They’re slowly getting it, the V producers, there is a Cardinal named JANus. Jan from the US, ya savvy? LOL.

While at the Vatican, she tries to get one of the priests ‘expelled’ so to speak. Of course she is after Father Jack Landry.

At first it doesn’t work, then she asks them to reconvene one last time and finally gets what she wants in the end.

Among one of them, she spots someone who didn’t look at her AND who she vaguely remembers from her childhood. It’s revealed that he is a Visitor and has been planted there by the former Queen Diana, Anna’s Mother.

Even Chad notices it, because during a display of Blue Energy, those Cardinal’s eyes don’t follow the amazing Blue Energy.

Earlier in the Vatican, Anna has a talk with one of the Cardinals about the human soul.

Anna has a talk with the Cardinal who is a Visitor, who says he won’t bow down to her, that he is still loyal to Diana. Morena delivers another awesome quote: “You wanna see your Queen? She’s in Hell, with all the other damned.”

That same Cardinal is announced to be the first man of faith who is allowed to live on the Mothership, when in fact it is to get him back on the Mothership.

He is shown his former Queen, who gives him the most loyal way to die. She sinks her lizardy teeth into his neck.

Anna stares at her Mother, appalled. “What have you done?”

Through all of this, Erica is forced to work with another partner, one she has a past with at FBI Academy. They interrogate Father Jack, but it is Erica’s partner who reveals that during the war Father Jack shot three people. Erica is shocked to have that part of her Fifth Column colleague revealed.

The New York Fifth Column goes after the terrorist who killed those three young Peace Ambassadors, and discovers Eli Cohen is behind them. They agree to meet him, and follow Jack due to some Visitor tracking device Ryan has.

The tracking device leads them to a cabin in the woods where they come face to face with Eli Cohen.

Why did he do what he did? Because years ago, his wife gave birth to a son and the Visitors did something to his wife and to his child. Very similar like Erica’s current life…

The Fifth Column hatch a plan to have the remains of Malik there so they can pin the suspicion on them instead.

Father Jack returns to the Church and discovers the destruction.

Then suddenly a cellphone goes off… and we’re greeted with Lisa’s face! Uhoh… Tyler left his phone!

He presses a button and then sees a video of the kids destroying the church.

He calls Erica and shows her the video. Erica breaks down and he embraces her and tells him that he will always be there for him.

As a sidenote, there are a lot of people who would like to either see Jack and Erica together, or Hobbes and Erica. Funny.

The last scene is of the head of the FBI and Erica’s new partner. She had said that she has never had any contact with Father Jack Landry before, but as they see a video taken a few days ago, they see that they have met before!

O_o Someone’s on to Erica!!

Next episode is 2×5 Concordia! Until then :)

V 2×3 Laid Bare Review!

January 19th, 2011 Jan 1 comment

I know what you’re thinking… What happened to V 2×2 Serpent’s Tooth Review?

Well, that one will still be reviewed, so don’t worry.

We also won’t get a new V episode for 2 weeks, I know right?!

Anywhoo, let’s get crackin’ at Laid Bare! *hits a Visitor egg with a hammer*

At first I thought that this would be another big Lisa-heavy episode like last season’s Fruition, but alas, it was a sideplot. This episode seemed to be more about the capture of Malik by Erica and the interrogation of said Visitor.

We start the episode right where the last one left off, which was in the upside down car with Erica and Malik.

Erica gets out and is immediately in combat mode with Malik, who shows her true Visitor colors and wants to eat her up, when Erica runs towards her and rams her into a tree, impaling her against a tree root.

Then the ‘cavalry’ of Father Jack and Hobbes arrive. Hobbes decides to blow up Erica’s car and together they take the unconscious Malik back to Fifth Column HQ.

RIGHT after that we got the teasing scene we must have played over and over now: Lisa in bed, noticing her skin all green. She’s discovered by her mother who says that she shouldn’t be afraid. That she is becoming just like her.

Lisa doesn’t like it one bit as seen from her facial expression.

Malik is interrogated until Ryan cuts off a finger from her hand, which they take to her apartment to find out more information. There is another explosion as Erica and Ryan go to Malik’s place to get important documents. What a nifty hiding place for documents you got there, Malik!

There’s also a scene where Anna explains to her daughter that they have to eradicate the soul from the person’s body which is what makes us human have human emotion.

The specimens the Visitors take aren’t from the Live Aboard Program as I originally thought. A Visitor who pretends to be a delivery man kidnaps several people so that Joshua can use them in the experiment of extracting their souls.

Luckily one girl in particular is saved from becoming a specimen by the Fifth Column.

Earlier in the episode we have Tyler Evans who is concerned about his mother’s attack and suspects Fifth Column is behind them, so Anna tasks him to make a video recording on his cellphone of a sermon from Father Jack which in response is uploaded onto V’s likeness of our YouTube.

Chad Decker is finally granted permission to see the other members of the Fifth Column!
Erica finally uncovers the truth of what happened to her when she was pregnant with Tyler.
Parts of his DNA have been removed so the Visitors can put something else in… *sounds very ominious… kinda like MPREG, isn’t it? Male pregnancy, shudders*

More scenes between Anna and her mother Diana who continually warns her about Lisa’s impending betrayal.

Then we have the scene between Anna, Joshua, Lisa and one of the captured people.

First Joshua starts the experiment but Anna tells Joshua to stop because she noticed something troubles her daughter. She asks what is troubling her and Lisa replies that it is nothing, to which Anna orders to continue the experiment… BUT! It’s not Joshua who should push the button, no, it’s Lisa! *GASP*

The boy being experimented on pleads with Lisa not to continue this, to stop this, even when Anna orders Lisa to look into his eyes as she is about to push the button… and pushes it.

*wouldn’t that be a great way to go? I so wish I was that person who was on that table. Getting my soul extracted from my favorite celebrity’s character… oh, back to the review*

Later there is another Anna and Tyler scene. We discover that it was Tyler who made the video and put it up on V’s version of YouTube, and she tells him that she is proud of him, and that he is more than just her daughter’s boyfriend, he’s almost like a son to her.

In contrast of that scene, there’s an Erica and Lisa scene.

Lisa shows up in tears at the Evans’ residence and almost can’t tell Erica what is wrong. She says that she can’t do this anymore, helping the Fifth Column, that there is nobody she can tell this to.

Erica replies that she is there for her.

*sighs, if only her childhood friend Leoni was there for Lisa… she could have another to confide in.*

The final scene is of Anna and Ryan.

Anna’s holding Ryan’s baby in her arms as she demands to know what it is that Ryan has found out.

He replies with knowing who took Malik and who the members of the Fifth Column are… *ominious*

That’s it for today, I will see you all in two weeks.

V Season 2 x 1 Red Rain Review!

January 6th, 2011 Jan 12 comments

R3 LOL, Red Rain Review! LMAO!

-

Finally this beautiful tv show has returned to us, as have the Goddesses of the show, even with the addition of JANE BADLER from the original V! *SQUEE!*

Day after day until the return I watched the first trailers, followed by the first 4(? I think it was) minutes which became 14 minutes as the countdown (yep, even had a countdown!) ticked by until it reached zero. And now we have finally reached a decision… V’s Next Top Model is… *oh wait, wrong show*

And now we have finally gotten our show back!

The episode opens up with Erica Evans dreaming (at work of all places) of the Red Sky all around her. Everything is destroyed as she frantically searches for her son Tyler. She finds him and then *drip drip* Red Rain falls on his face… and burns him completely. *Props to Logan Huffman for that performance!*
Then Anna is there and Erica asks why she did this. “You killed my children, so I killed yours.”

Poof! She wakes up and we find out it has been 4 days since the sky turned red. Chad calls it biblical proportions.

We hear from Chad that the V Ambassador Center is like a powder keg waiting to explode, and in the middle of it all we see Tyler looking up at the sky, at the Mothership in fact, and Lisa looking down. **friends know that scene has been slightly modified in my fic We’re In It Together, but that’s beside the point**

One of the rioters manages to strike Tyler, who is brought to safety by his mother Erica. She demands to a Visitor to be brought up to the Mothership to see Anna and get Tyler medical attention, but at first the Visitor only allows Tyler. Later it turns out they both have been granted permission to see them.

Lisa is of course overjoyed to see Tyler again “I’ve Missed You” **also a slightly modifaction, even that big scene that comes up later** “I haven’t been allowed to see anyone”

Meanwhile, Lisa has information for Erica about which of the scientists is getting (per Marcus’s words) proximitevely close to the truth of what the Red Rain is.

Anna spins a tale about the Red Rain bringing fertility and being the answer for global warming, when in fact it later becomes known as the Fifth Column goes to the University to find the scientist that it is about breeding. Erica becomes worried that the Visitors did something to her when she had been pregnant with Tyler! O_o

Anna has to tell the other commanders of the 29 ships why she unleashed the Red Rain and goes tailtriggerhappy.

Then there’s the big scene at Lisa’s bedroom. First, she is instructed by her mother to complete all her tasks, including THAT one, and delivers the words that Tyler is the one and only, that no other human OR Visitor *tear* may mate with her. She even briefly watches that scene in Lisa’s bedroom, then waves it away. **yup, also modified*

And then the most heartbreaking scene of all. It’s no surprise that I am a shipper, even of Joshua/Lisa, so when Lisa hears from her mother that she did excellent work with Tyler and that Joshua has woken up after being revived in the season finale last season, she hurries out to meet him.

But he says that this display of human behaviour is not befitting a Future Queen… *sobs*

Personally, I think he is faking it but we will just have to see.

And then the final scene!! Anna teleports to the basement level of the Mothership and finally reunites with her mother, Diana!!! Diana’s not looking too happy for she has been in captivity for a very long time, held by her daughter.

And from watching the trailer for next week’s “Serpent’s Tooth”, it seems that Anna wants to know all things that enable her to resist human emotion…

Until next time!

Namaste! (LOL)
